Malena Grosz (Malena Lou) enjoys tackling problems and developing strategic processes to help bring creative visions to life. Her mission is to help people connect, build and express their gifts — whether it’s through a music/art event, education or a community space.

Since 2022, she has been supporting intentional community development projects with strategy, operations, membership and resource management.

Since 2014, she has worked with musicians and performing artists on many levels — producing events and festivals, presenting as a performing and visual artist, working at major events across the country, and serving as a booking agent and artist manager for emerging artists.

Her professional background since 2008 includes graphic design, marketing, website management, program/project management and arts research consulting.
